For React projects with Tailwind CSS and shadcn configured. Copies the Sober UI control source, installs its dependencies, and adds semantic styles and MIT notices. The public command requires the latest site to be deployed to soberui.com.

Sober UI components and compositions. Complete MIT licenses and source provenance are included in the installation. Chat interactions are local; transport and persistence belong to your application.
